The show was mainstream for many many years with millions of listeners before going to Sirius. Sirius has a free trial online and people can also get ala cart episodes via many cable providers. If someone chooses to use Crystal.net over paying for Sirius, then Sirius is losing revenue. If Sirius has a "secret" relationship with Crystal.net (which I highly doubt) that's one thing, otherwise Crystals breaking the law. It's up to Sirius who has access to their content.
Everyone has their own opinion on what's right and what's wrong- trading mp3s, using allofmp3.com, etc. I'm a strong supporter of Sirius and they paid a lot for Howard ($500million contract). Satellite radio is very young, very expensive to operate, and they need all the help they can get. Otherwise they could end up going bankrupt and there wont be any uncensored Stern for anyone not to mention all of the other benefits of the medium. -Greg -- GoCubs ------------------------------------------------------------------------ GoCubs's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=312 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=20621
