Looks like a SlimServer transcoding problem as the plugin is getting a
proper URL to stream.

What kind of Slim hardware are you using?  If you're using a SB2 or
better the plugin will now work by streaming directly to the player
instead of transcoding on the server.  To accomplish this you just need
to re-enable Windows Media / Windows Media / (built-in) option in Server
Settings / File Types.
