I'm on Spotty (v4.1.0) - LMS Version: 8.0.0 - 1590233071 running on an
RPi 4B.
When I change the 'Audio Settings' from 96 to 160 or 320 and restart the
server, the spotty-hf helpers are still run with the '--bitrate 96'
option instead of the '--bitrate 160' or '--bitrate 320' option"
