Artist pictures are optional and can be turned off in the MAI settings.
Thanks for getting back. I have seen this after reinstalling MAI (I just
couldn't do without) and the Squeezebox is a lot more responsive. I
loved artist pics though but speed is better.
You should try it again, but make sure you define a folder where to
store the pictures. That should make it almost as fast as browsing
albums with artwork.
What particular Last.fm plugin?
uhm, there are several? I guess I have just used the standard plugin
provided by Logitech. I cannot really say though as of now it is
uninstalled...
Well, Logitech's Last.fm has been removed years ago. Then there's the
Audioscrobbler plugin (which shouldn't have any impact on performance),
or my LastMix (which is only used under certain circumstances).
