Well, I thought I was explicite, but I'll try one more time.
There are different steps to use a plugin. 1) installing the plugin 2) making the plugin active, ie loading it 3) configuring the plugin. The issue is at the step 2) After step 1), the plugin is not anymore in the "Michael's Slim Stuff" section, but in sort of "plugin available" section (my interface is in french, so I guess the translation of this section's name sounds like this). But not in the "Active plugins" section. We have to check the box to make the plugin active. So I check the box, and confirm by clicking "Apply" at the bootom of the page. At this time I have a popup that says that the serveur must be reloaded, so I agree and click "restart now". I reload the page after 1 minute or so, to be sure that the server is restarted... but the spotty plugins is still in the "plugin available" section, and unchecked.
