I don't have an answer at the moment, so I'll just try and provide some
clues.  All the buttons in the the title bar use a font called IonIcons
(except the Maximize/Restore button, which uses Marlett).  The IonIcons
font is loaded/unloaded dynamically if not already on your system.  The
IonIcons font is not, by default, already included in Windows 10.  The
Marlett font is, by default, part of Windows 10, so SLX does not
dynamically load its own version.

I have not seen this reported anywhere else and I have not been able to
reproduce it.  It seems to me that even if you have different version of
those fonts somehow loaded on your system you would at least see a
square or something.  Do the buttons highlight when you hover mouse over
them and do they seem to function?  The Accessibility Insight
information does not seem at issue here as far as I can tell.  This is
weird.
