Summarising situation. It is a strange problem. The Radio France m3u8 URL has two stages. A top level https://stream.radiofrance.fr/fip/fip.m3u8 which 3 URLs of varying quality (lo med and hi ) https://stream.radiofrance.fr/fip/fip_hifi.m3u8?id=radiofrance On many system with varying versions of IO::Socket::SSL the stream will play with PlayHLS but on Pi with Buster - PlayhLS succeed in retrieving the first URL but fails on the second. When testing on Pi - a "wget" on the problem URL fails but a "curl" on same URL succeeds.
