Webnick: please go to Settings/Advanced/Logging, set the dropdown box
next to plugin.youtube to INFO. Do NOT restart LMS, but play around with
Youtube. Then post the server.log.zip file you can download from that
page.

Your previous log files had some other log flags set, there's almost no
information about the plugin in there.
