The exact same issue happened again a few minutes after i posted the above issue. I looked at the server log and see the following message that corresponds with the time when it stopped working. I tried reconnecting to the device multiple times without success but no additional log entries were created.
We're currently seeing an abnormal number of requests again, which can cause to some requests being rejected (status 429). It unfortunately happens every now and then :-(.
