The latest SDT plugin version is 5-11-1. The 5-9-24 version is from 2015. There have been many changes in the source data since then so I would not be surprised if it no longer works. I recommend moving to SDT 5-11-1. You should see it available as an update on the plugins tab in the LMS web interface. Since it is not clear how you have loaded the current plugin it would be best to completely remove it. Then select SDT from the 3rd party plugins section.
