I don't know, the cache duration for that precise set of items is set to 60s, for that very reason. I just tried by adding a subscription on my account and it appeared less than a minute later, when I navigated the YT plugin menu LMS 7.9 on Pi 3B+ & Odroid-C2 - *SqueezeAMP!*, 5xRadio, 3xBoom, 4xDuet, 1xTouch, 1 SB3.
