You should run the analysis at one location and archive the analysis, then sync. One issue is that your time sequence of adding music will be compromised, i.e. New Music will be useless. If you tick the options, general - preserve fie modification time when updating files then your music will be analysed and archived but if sync is based on time stamp it won't be synced. The way around this is to batch analyse and use BulkFileChanger on Windows to add 5 seconds to the modified time.
