Hi, I am just starting to play with this and have a few basic questions before I set it loose on my music collection.
- Do most people set it so that the analysis fingerprint is embedded into the music file tags or do you use a separate dB file? - If separate dB file, where does this reside? I run LMS at two locations, sync'd via google drive, so I'd ideally just like to run the analysis at one location and allow google to auto sync the second. If I embed to the file tags I can see the advantages but it will mean all my files would need re-syncing (>200GB over a 10mbps upload connection, ie a few days to run). Alternatively can I have a separate dB file and place it somewhere so that google auto syncs that? Hope that makes sense, any pointers would be useful before I fully embark on this.
