I think that the command line (lines) was either miscopied or pasted into an unexpected environment. The whole thing is one single command but it looks like your command line interpreter tried to split it into many. The "" character at the end of the line means that the command continues to the next. If that is what caused the problem you could remove them and unwrap the lines to form a single huge line.
