I don't know of anything like that, but you could use SaverSwicther
(see URL below) to make it easy to switch. Set up Date and Time as the
1st When Off screensaver for SaverSwitcher and a time of around a
minute, and set WeatherTime as the second When Off saver with
SaverSwitcher, as a "Manual" (not timed) saver. When your Squeezebox is
off, press the "1" button on the remote to get the regular clock, and
the "2" button to get WeatherTime.

If you were comfortable with Perl, it should be pretty easy to do
something like modify FuzzyTime and WeatherTime to use SaverSwitcher's
public "pre-usage check" API so that they'd automatically use your
preferred schedule (and allow manual override, too).
