After thinking about it a bit, the easiest path will be to just provide clearsky clock information for "this evening." Otherwise, I have to add another layer of menus to keep things from getting cluttered.
So, instead of providing the CSC summaries for cloud cover etc. for two evenings as it does currently, it'll just be for the evening hours of the given day. The data will be presented in blocks of time, probably 7-10, 10-1, 1-4 and will average the data for each block of time. Now, this will mean (because I'm too lazy to make it smarter), if you look at a clock after midnight, it'll be showing the data for the next evening and not for the evening that is in progress. Does that seem reasonable?
