I was hoping to fix this by updating to Spotty v4.4.4 but now I am
running into my previous "can't update Spotty" issue again like I
already had a couple of months ago. I am still a Vodafone cable user in
Germany (formerly Unitymedia). Back then you had mentioned something
with HTTP/HTTPS and we could solve the issue at that time.

Please add the following repository to your plugin manager. It should
allow you to install the latest, as it's pretending to be offering v4.4.4.1.
