Changes:
- CEF Update. Discovered there was an upstream bug in the Chromium
Embedded Framework that would cause calling "Reload" for a URL to
cause the browser to fail. SLX only would do this in response to a
player name change message when a user changes the name of a player
external to SLX. So hopefully no one has run into this.
