https is such a huge issue right now.  There are a couple critical
paths.

1) Getting on LMS >8.0.0
2) Upgrade to pCP7  (I know its only released as a beta right
now.....but its pretty close).    pCP 6.x uses openssl1.1.0l, which is
not new enough for modern https requirements.   pCP7 uses openssl 1.1.1
which is the current release of openssl.

So long story short, even on pCP6.0.0, we no longer offer/support a LMS
7.9.x package.
