Just an update that I haven't seen the problem since setting the buffers to the defaults of 2048:3446. Apparently some interaction of the overly large buffers and the relatively slow load time of Qobuz compared to local that causes the issue. Given the smaller buffers don't seem to cause any issues I see no actual problem with the plugin. Sorry to have bothered you.
