If Ogg is enabled, Spotty (or LMS?) will play the format natively, without transcoding to FLAC - that means, less bandwith usage, and no transcoding needed... With Ogg disabled, Spotty (or LMS?) will transcode the Ogg-Stream to FLAC - this is the 'old behaviour' of the Spotty-Plugin, the ability to play Ogg natively was introduced not so long ago...
