When playback resumed at max volume, I was able to adjust it via LMS -
so it would appear that the speaker did handle a volume change command.
I've enabled the 'trigger' option and I'll see if that helps. Long shot
but... is there any way for an external process to be notified that the
player has reconnected? Does LMS itself get notified of the
disconnect/reconnect? (I'm assuming not, as I'd expect the bridge is
still 'connected' to the player).
