Thank you all for the suggestions and help, in the last week I have been playing with as many variables as I can think of from individual players to groups to synchronisation and updating software where possible and necessary. In summary I can find no consistent reason for the occurrence it still happens but not at predictable times or frequency. It is at the level of minor irritant not major problem will keep working on it. Anyway thank for your efforts and the work you all do on this project. Phil
