At the moment I have just tried to get a default behavior that is similar to standard SlimServer, but it might be worth to look at this again as see if some changes from this thread might be worth to include as default behaviour. When you start to add more stuff to the top level Now Playing right click menu I have a feeling that a deeper menu structure might be more suitable. So it might be worth looking at that thread again and see if some of the default behavior should be adjusted in Custom Browse according it. I'm in the process of creating a small tutorial that shows how to add stuff in the header part of the artist/album pages and in the Now Playing menu.
