I'm not sure what controls this. On my machine, I get 12 hour format everywhere. I don't know if Material Skin gets this format from the server or client preferences or whether it is a browser preference. I get 12 hour format everywhere regardless of any client/server settings, so maybe it is a browser preference somewhere. Anyone Know?
