Craig does himself a disservice. Material is vastly superior to other attempts at a decent modern UI. It also has the big advantage of being the same no matter what device you use it on. Ive always been a big fan of iPeng and I still use it a lot but now as a player only on iOS and control with Material on the same iOS device. In the office I use Material as an app on my PC to control the Office players. At home I use Material on my iOS devices to either control players plugged into HiFi etc or the iPeng instance on my iPhone (coupled with Audioquest Dragonfly and decent headphones) when SWMBO is watching carp TV. There is a big + when every control point works the same way, VB2.4 STORAGE *QNAP TS419P (NFS) Living Room* Joggler & Pi4/Khadas -> Onkyo TXNR686 -> Celestion F20s *Office* Joggler & Pi3 -> Denon RCD N8 -> Celestion F10s *Dining Room* SB Boom *Kitchen* UE Radio (upgraded to SB Radio) *Bedroom (Bedside)* Pi Zero+DAC ->ToppingTP21 ->AKG Headphones *Bedroom (TV) & Bathroom* SB Touch ->Denon AVR ->Mordaunt Short M10s + Kef ceiling speakers *Guest Room* Joggler > Topping Amp -> Wharfedale Modus Cubes Everything controlled by iPeng & Material on iOS ------------------------------------------------------------------------ d6jg's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=44051 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=113045
