I have had a look at the log file. Its all a bit odd. Once it start streaming all appears fine. However, before it starts streaming it connects to a media selector so that the plugin can choose the right stream to connect to. In the log file you sent yesterday, it shows there is always a long time before it can download the data. Sometimes it times out, sometimes it manages to get it. It should complete almost immediately.
