This demo of the search on the Fortuna Classical Maestro (http://www.fortunaclassical.com/5-3-06/maestro/interface.cfm?movie=search) shows the way forward IMHO.
Also http://reactor-core.org/ogg-tagging.html talks sense about tags for classical music.
