Then I have no idea what you have broken on your system - as it clearly is an issue specific to your install. As stated, the skin is failing to load either the theme CSS or the colour CSS - if these fail to load, then the background colour variable is not set, so there is no background colour. You can change the colour by using the three dotten menu top right, select "Settings", and you will see the colour selector. If this is not there, then your MaterialSkin install is broken. *Material debug:* 1. Launch via http: //SERVER:9000/material/?debug=json (Use http: //SERVER:9000/material/?debug=json,cometd to also see update messages, e.g. play queue) 2. Open browser's developer tools 3. Open console tab in developer tools 4.
