I'm on 8.1.1 and I'm noticing my sbs getting stuck on buffering a lot while playing spotty. I have it set to 160 kbps in spotty setting but I'm seeing 705kbps on the now playing screen. I wonder what's happening and should I implement transcoding and can that work with spotify?
