I'm becoming rather frustrated with tagging, now that Qobuz is used for
most of my music from the last few years.

I like to sort my albums using ALBUMSORT and ARTISTSORT tags, so that
artist John Doe will show as John Doe but be sorted under D. I also sort
the albums by date, but that is less important and can usually be done
without the tag.

This system works fine for my own music. But Qobuz albums are less
satisfying. If I already have a John Doe album then his new one will
show under the existing artist (nice work!), but new artist Jane Doe
will be sorted under J, rather then under D. This makes things rather
messy.

There is also a secondary issue where I have a quite sophisticated
tagging system using custom tags for classical music. This again means
that any Qobuz albums don't integrate into my system.

As I see it there are two possible solutions for this:

1 - A placeholder folder could be created for each Qobuz album, which
had a blank FLAC file for each track. These could be tagged by the user
in whatever system they wanted. The system would then use the user tags,
rather than those supplied by Qobuz.

2 - I dump all my custom tagging and learn to live with mediocrity :)

Could this be done? Is there any other way to deal with this?
