Bug-fix release, changes:
- Pulse player volume labels if playing and volume is 0 in 'Manage players' dialog and group/synced volume dialog. - Highlight subtoolbar on hover, if it will produce a menu. - Work-around for deleting favourite via URL also deleting others. (LMS issue 559) - Allow adding dynamic playlists to favourites. *Material debug:* 1. Launch via http: //SERVER:9000/material/?debug=json (Use http: //SERVER:9000/material/?debug=json,cometd to also see update messages, e.g. play queue) 2. Open browser's developer tools 3. Open console tab in developer tools 4.
