Give that man a gold star ! Yep - I needed to download BOTH the all-in-one update FOLLOWED by the all-in-one-plugins update, then reboot the NAS (or PC presumably). Got this from John at Ripcaster (what an ace bloke) and I'm now basking in the sultry tones of Radio 4 (ah well . . . )
A simple task at the end but could have done with the Alien plugin instructions being updated / simplified to cover this (especially for NAS users that have no real access to SS directories etc).
