Interesting, thanks for the explanation - and the offer of support. I must admit to being a bit intrigued with the Raspberry Pi - something I might like to get into as an occasional side interest. For now I'll stick with the "if it ain't broke" theory and stay with what I know, but if there are frequent problems resulting from DSM upgrades, Docker, Perl and the like and I have a spare rainy day in the future, I'll certainly be back online to investigate further!
