ok, now it is clear. I have to check multicast (mDNS) in my
infrastructure. Now I also understand the point with the credentials, so
they are not needed if I want to use only Spotify Connect. Login is
required, when I want to browse Spotify with Squeezebox... 
The automatic authentication didn't work with my mobile, you are right.
I have to login to get it working.
