Maybe, but it should work when "ask before playing" is selected. I am a
little confused that Michael said it worked for him as I tried on two
different systems, Windows and Raspberry Pi and neither one worked.
Just to confirm I'm not missing something:
- started LMS 8.3
- fired up Squeezeplay 8.0.1 r1360
- set "Defeat destructive Touch-To-Play" for this player to "Always ask..."
- on SP navigated to My Music, some artist, brought up his context menu
- selected "On Spotify" -> "Top Titles" -> some track
- I was asked what to do
- no matter whether I said "play" or "add to playlist" or whatever, it
always did what I expected it to do
I tried this with artists I've imported from Spotify and others I
haven't. In the latter case there were some in between screens (as
Spotty would do a text search), but it worked 100%. Even trying to play
the fifth of the Top Tracks would play this very track, after queuing up
all of them.
