Here is another longer log which also features the volume setting to 49% issue. It starts after updating to the latest LMS 8.3. It was too big to upload without zipping.
I see that those changes come in for a player called "UpMpd-UPnP/AV". Assuming that's using the UPnP bridge, would you experience the same problem with a "native" player, too?
