Well that's a good start -- it means the plugin is being seen by
slimserver. (I assume that C:\Program
Files\SlimServer\server\Plugins\InguzEQ\ contains the plugin file
Plugin.pm.)

Another thing I can think of is that before the InguzDSP file type will
show up, you have to have to activate it from a connected SB player. If
you scroll through your player's menu, can you get to EQ under the
Plugins setting? If you find it and select right, you will see a
message indicating that SlimServer must be restarted. (Do that, and
then you should see the InguzDSP file type)

(In fact, if correctly installed, you will end up with one InguzDSP
file type for each player that is connected.)

Failing these, you may want to try following the instructions on the
inguzaudio site for doing a manual install under Windows
(see:http://inguzaudio.com/installation/windows/manual/). The only
other idea I have is that somehow your user permissions under Windows
might be preventing the plugin from creating a file with the Inguz file
type. Any unusual permissions or sharing going on? (I've seen it happen
under Linux, but would be surprised to see it under Windows).

BTW, do you have .Net 2.0 installed and updated (use Windows update)?
