Of course now I've restarted squeezlite a few times to get that debug
output, it's behaving itself again [apart from the progress bar in LMS
UI].
Previously I was trying to listen to an album and getting about 1m20s of
each track, then it jumps to the next one by itself [this finally pushed
me over the edge into posting about it]:
