Paul has detailed how iHeart metadata might be fixed for LMS.
There are HLS and HTTP/aac URLs for z100 - it is not clear which you are
playing.
If you see track art & title then you are playing the HLS stream as
metadata is handled better in HLS.
I think Paul solution will only work for HTTP stream not the HLS
streams. PlayHLS would need to be updated to suppress the ad spots.

Just for completeness
* iHeart plugin has not part in playing a stream nor how metadata is
displayed.
* iHeart station are intended to be played using an iHeart app so iHeart
images are handled properly.
* iHeart stations usually use standard metadata transport mechanisms
(e.g. ICY in http, HLS directives or ID3 tag in HLS) have a iHeart
specific formatted metadata which is interpreted by the iHeart App to
show an ads perhaps which are tailoer to the user.

The metadata formatted has changed over the years as iHeart evolved
their app - so expect any LMS fix might break.
There may be different metadata formatting used in other jurisdictions
so a US fix may not for AU stations.
