Do you have the TrackStat xml backups in the same directory as the menu configuration xml files ? If you do, you could try to move the Custom Browse menu configuration files to some other directory and change the template directory setting in "Server Settings/Plugins/Custom Browse" and then restart. Make sure none of the "Custom Browse" directory settings points to the directory where the TrackStat backup files are.
