Brilliant, seems to do the trick. A million thank yous for developing this and taking the time to answer my questions. PiCorePlayer through the Apple USB-C dongle to my multi zone amp is finally making me happy for my in-ceiling speaker whole home audio solution. Material Skin to control the player seems intuitive for the whole family and even easy for guests to access.
