After opening up the suggested port, and ensuring that Norton wasn't blocking the helper (which it wasn't) and a couple of restarts all is good here. It may have been the port that was stopping it, or perhaps an update to the pluging? I have no idea. However it is working again and for that thank you.
This is a brilliant plugin that brings so much utility to the LMS universe. I initially missed it, but now I've discovered it, it makes so many little things easy, so thank you very much for all your hard work.
