Assuming you are using the default skin, the left part of Home page
should be structured something like this:

It's the "Multi Library" link below the "PLUGINS" I'm refering to. If
you are using the Fishbone skin it will be available in the upper top
left drop list instead.
If "Multi Library" is available in "Server Settings/Plugins" but isn't
available on the Home page something is seriously wrong.
If this is the case and http://localhost:9000/log.txt doesn't show any
error after a restart, you might want to try to start SlimServer
manually and see if it shows some error.
1. Shut down SlimServer
2. Open up a Command Prompt (assuming you are on Windows)
3. cd into the "server" directory below the slimserver installation,
for example:
cd "C:\Program Files\SlimServer\server"
4. Start SlimServer with startup debugging by enter:
Slim.exe --d_startup
5. Look for any errors in the command prompt window.
