With "Play Next" I assume you like this in the "Now Playing" menu since holding add down for a while doesn't do this in "Now Playing". In the other browse menus it seems a lot easier to me to just hold add down for a while, since this does exactly what I think you want. Anyway, I can't see a way to do this in the current version, but it might be a good idea to make it possible to run a serie of CLI commands or a function when hitting play on a menu item. This would make it possible to make menus that run dynamic playlists or menus that issues the "playlists move" command which is what you like. I'll add this to the wish list. This can't be done with the current version, but if I added the CLI command functionality as described above it would be possible for a third party plugin to do it. However, I would imagine that any third party developer would instead choose to implement this without the dependency to Custom Browse and instead connect the operations to a button on the remote. I'm personally not interested in including cut/paste functionality directly in Custom Browse since I don't use saved static playlists myself. I only use dynamic playlists through the Dynamic Playlists plugin.
