I think I understand the confusion. To me, the "Now Playing" area is only the single screen displaying the currently playing track. The other tracks in the queue I see as being part of "The Current Playlist:" as displayed in the Web UI. These are the tracks I'd like to move around if possible. I think these are the tracks you refer to as Now Playing. I suppose I would refer to them as the tracks currently queued in the "Now Playing - Current Playlist" The ability to "Play Next" from within this playlist would be handy. Cut/Paste ability (as you put it: a way to move tracks to other positions in the playlist besides next track) may be overkill (forget I even mentioned it).
