Did what you said and it worked so far. After typing in 

cd C:\Program Files\SlimServer\server\Bin\MSWin32-x86-multi-thread

It went to that directory, which then I typed in 

wavin2cmd.exe -h

Which gave me tons of options. Then I typed in 

wavin2cmd.exe -w -o wavin:0

Which is when the computer started beeping repeatedly.
That is where im at now.
