I've configured a "Random for artist" with a minimum rating of **. I ran a search for keyword "Money". I see a heirarchy of artist->album->song. On an album, if I call up the mixers I see Dynamic Playlist->Random for artist. It only plays songs for that artist that have a rating of ** or higher. Unrated tracks are ignored! I thought they would be counted as ***, so would be included. So, instead I think I need to remove the ratings filter so any song could be played, and instead set up a custom skip to skip tracks that are exactly 1* or 2*. I can't see how to play "Random for artist" from the WebUI - you seem to indicate this is possible above. I don't see a PL mixer on an artist - not quite sure what you meant. I was actually looking for a way to do it on PlayerUI, so I think I'm okay now, but intruiged now about the webUI! What I was initially trying to achieve was to play random songs from songs returned from a search (lazy search on the player UI). I suppose I can save the results as a playlist and then have a "Random songs from playlist", and press this on a playlist context? Alternatively, switch on shuffle, and play all songs...
