Does any WMA stream work ? If no WMA stream works then it maybe a conf file or mplayer problem. So test mplayer to be sure.
test the URL on a command line with mplayer such as mplayer -v http://mediasrv.musicradio.com/CapitalRadio This will give debug output and play to PC audio hardware.
