Kon, if you are running 6.5 and only those three third party plugins it should work without patching or custom.map.
By default TrackStat only applies rating to button 0-5, you can optionally apply ratings with 0-9 but this has to be enabled in the TrackStat settings page under Server Settings/Plugins/TrackStat in the web interface. Is it possible that the buttons 0-5 works but not 6-9 ? You can also try to enable the option "DISABLE NUMBER SCROLL" under "Server Settings/Plugins/TrackStat" in the web interface.
